The Contenders For The Faith

I am not a democrat.

I am not a republican.

I am not a liberal.

I am not a conservative.

I am not a libertarian.

I am not a constitutionalist.

I am not a socialist.

I am not a communist.

I am a biblicist.

Ayn Rand did not teach me about individual liberties.

Karl Marx did not teach me how to treat my neighbors.

Barry Goldwater did not teach me my business sense.

Obama doesn't guarantee food on my table.

But I've heard of one who can.

I've met the one who will.

And I serve the one that does.

I am a hypocrit, but he saved me.

I am a sinner, yet he forgave me.

I am His child, and he's still teaching me.
